Free Delivery is 5-7 working days and available on orders over £99.00
Cut off time for orders is 3.00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Any order placed after 3.00pm is processed the next working day (working days Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays eg Bank Holiday Mondays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing day, New Years Day, and any other extra holidays in the UK)
- Working days are Monday - Friday.
- Bank Holidays are not working days.
If you place a next day delivery on a Friday, delivery is Monday excluding Bank Holidays.
Please note, delivery is from when the goods are shipped from our premises, not when the order is placed.

- The delivery charges above apply to Mainland UK only.
- An extra carriage charge will occur for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands,
- Isle of Man and Highlands of Scotland.
- For deliveries outside of the UK - including Europe, USA, Asia and Africa - we will contact you with the delivery cost.
- Please note - large items or items over 30kgs will consist of an extra carriage charge. We will contact you with the delivery quote.

- The delivery charge for Liteconsole is 99.00 flat no matter what is ordered.
- The PIONEER STANDS are collection only.
- Delivery on Paypal must be to the verified address only.
- If for any reason your delivery is late due to a problem with the couriers, we will adjust carriage cost to the delivery service provided by the couriers. This does not include any shipment not delivered due to the recipient not being at home for the delivery, as all parcels must be signed for and cannot be left anywhere else.
- Delivery times are normally between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Mon - Fri.
- Even though 99% of next-day delivery orders arrive on time, DPD cannot guarantee that every next-day delivery will arrive the following day. In some cases, the delivery will arrive within 48 hours.
