The American DJ Mega Hex Par is a compact par can lighting effect that has been designed especially for uplighting and stage washing and provides you with exciting colours that are sure to amaze your audience. This lighting effect features ADJ’s patented ‘sit-flat’ design that allows the light to sit flat directly on the ground or inside of a truss without the need for a scissor yoke; this is because the power and DMX in/outputs are positioned on the side of the fixture, not on the rear. The Mega Hex Par is ideal for both fixed and mobile applications thanks to its compact, low profile design and is perfect for mobile entertainers, club and bar venues, music venues, live events, festivals, schools and colleges, and theatres.

The Mega Hex Par comes equipped with five 6w LEDs that provide you with RGBAW+UV colours that offer smooth colour mixing capabilities allowing you to achieve a broad range of various colour tones and hues. This effect comes with a 25-degree beam angle alongside a colour strobe effect and an electronic dimmer that lets you set the brightness anywhere between 0% - 100%.
The Mega Hex Par comes with five operational modes consisting of; an automatic mode that offers 16 colour change and fade modes as well as one combined mode, a sound-activated mode that makes the light dance to your music thanks to an integrated microphone. Also available is static colour mode and RGBAW+UV dimmer mode, and DMX control mode. The DMX control mode lets you create your own light shows and features five DMX channel modes; 6, 7, 8, 11, or 12. You can also take control of this effect using the supplied ADJ UC IR wireless remote control, or use ADJ’s myDMX control software or the Airstream DMX Bridge App (sold separately).
