The Chauvet DJ SlimPAR Q12 BT is a compact wash lighting effect that is equipped with built-in wireless Bluetooth technology that allows you to take control of the effect directly from your smartphone or tablet without the need for any additional hardware. This vibrant lighting effect is perfect for both fixed and mobile applications and makes an excellent addition to any lighting engineer’s arsenal thanks to the ability to provide a broad spectrum of vivid colours and is ideal for mobile entertainers, club and bar venues, music venues, live events, theatres, as well as schools and colleges.
The SlimPAR Q12 BT is fitted with 12 long-lasting RGBA LEDs which work in perfect harmony to deliver a broad spectrum of colours and hues as well as achieve natural-looking colour temperatures. This lighting effect features four operational modes; automatic mode runs through pre-programmed light shows, sound-activated mode synchronises the light to your music, or create your own customised light shows using the DMX control mode with 4 or 12 DMX channels available; you can also take control of the effect using the optional IRC-6 infrared remote control. The rear of the light features a small LCD display with four menu buttons which allow you to navigate the various functions and controls such as the strobe function which has a flash rate that ranges from 0 – 25Hz.
