The FBT Archon 106 is a next-generation loudspeaker that has been designed primarily for modern indoor spaces and is fitted with a custom-made 6.5-inch low-frequency woofer alongside a 1-inch high-frequency tweeter to give you a full-range sound that has a massive SPL of 119dB and offers accurate sonic reproduction.
The Archon series aims to meet the high expectations of the installed speaker market by using next-generation technologies that provide a rich, detailed, high-quality sound that is consistently reliable and perfect for a wide range of applications. The 106 features a bi-amplified, 2-way design alongside rotatable horns that can be optimised for vertical or horizontal sound dispersion. There is a full range crossover network that is equipped with four Euroblock speaker terminals and comes with a factory preset for optimal line transformer installations allowing you to get the right sound for your setup.
The Archon 106 is housed in a 12mm thick Baltic birch plywood cabinet that features multiple M5 and M10 threaded mounting points allowing you to mount the speaker in almost any position you wish. The front of the speaker is covered by an acoustically transparent steel grille that is backed with an anti-dust protection cloth as well as a brand new rotatable FBT badge that can always be facing the right way whether you position the speaker vertically or horizontally. This speaker works perfectly in bars and pubs, retail shops, clubs, fitness centers, conference rooms, theatres, schools and colleges, places of worship and exhibition centers.
