The FBT Archon 108 is a new generation loudspeaker that has been designed primarily for modern indoor spaces and is equipped with a custom made 8-inch low-frequency woofer as well as a 1.5-inch high-frequency dome tweeter to give you a full-range sound with a high SPL and accurate sonic reproduction.
The Archon series aims to meet the high expectations of the installed sound market and work to provide you with a high-quality sound that is more than ideal for modern indoor spaces. This 2-way passive sound reinforcement speaker features a bi-amplified design that packs a punch thanks to the 121dB SPL and 350w of power and makes use of rotatable horns so you can optimise the speaker for horizontal or vertical sound dispersion. A selectable full-range crossover network is equipped with four Euroblock speaker terminals with a factory preset that streamlines the line transformer installation and allows you to get your system sounding exactly as you’d like it.
The Archon 108 is housed in 12mm thick Baltic birch plywood cabinet that is fitted with multiple M5 and M10 threaded mounting points so you can position the speaker almost anywhere you’d like it. The front of the speaker is covered by an acoustically transparent steel grille which is backed using an anti-dust protection cloth and features a brand new rotatable FBT badge so it can face the correct way after horizontal or vertical installation. The Archon 108 ideally works at its best in bars, pubs, restaurants, retail shops, clubs, entertainment venues, fitness centers, conference rooms, theatres, schools and colleges, places of worship and exhibition centers.
