The NanoKontrol2 is perfect for recording automation for multiple channels while marker controls allow you to easily assign marker points in your tracks DAW giving you efficient recording and song production abilities. When using a synthesiser or virtual instrument you can assign parameters directly to your desired controllers, for example, you can use the faders to control the ADSR of an envelope generator and use the knobs to control the filter’s cutoff point and resonance.
Connecting the NanoKontrol2 to your computer is easy as plugging in a single USB cable, both power and MIDI data travel down the same cable for an efficient workspace and turns your computer into a portable music production system. You can edit the NanoKontrol’s custom settings by using the Korg Kontrol Editor software which is available for download directly from the Korg website.
