The Korg Volca Mix is a 4-channel analogue performance mixer made especially for the Korg Volca range of instruments and synthesisers and allows you to build an advanced live performance set up by combining various Volca units together. This performance mixer comes with a variety of professional controls inside of a compact unit that is perfect for anyone who uses Volca instruments for music productions or live performances and gives you a fantastic amount of control over your sound and performances.

The Volca Mix is a compact, multi-function 4-channel performance mixer that comes with a highly intuitive interface and loads of connectivity options with two mono inputs alongside a stereo input so you can connect up to three Volca devices simultaneously. The mini-jack connections allow you to connect to the mixer from your Volca instruments via the headphone outputs and uses vertical channel faders that give you precise control over channel volumes while gain knobs let you adjust the mix balance, so you don’t overload the mixer with too loud a signal. Mute buttons allow you to instantly drop and add instruments to the mix for exciting mixing possibilities while a low/high-cut filter control on each channel means you can perform filter sweeps using pristine, natural sounding filters.
An output section provides you with RCA stereo line outputs that ensure a stable connection every time you use the unit, and a master volume LED VU meter with level control means you can easily see when you’re overloading the mixer and adjust it as needed. A headphone output gives you the ability to monitor your performance and productions with ease, and built-in stereo speakers mean you can practice your tracks and performances when you’re out and about on the road and deliver a higher sound pressure level that the speakers on the Volca devices.
The Volca Mix is equipped with a master effects section which is powered via the all-analogue circuitry as well as an expander that widens a mono signal into a fully stereo sound. A dynamic range compressor works by compressing the high-frequency range in accordance to the level changes of the low-frequency range alongside a side-chaining effect that is one of dance music’s most well-loved effects and adds dynamically interesting variations to your performances.
Using the dedicated send/return channel and send level knobs you can even use your favourite effects processor in conjunction with the Volca Mix which will enhance your performances. The Auxiliary input can be used as an additional stereo channel for a fourth Volca instrument, IOS application, or any other musical device you wish to incorporate into your performances. An analogue sync output allows you to tempo sync your devices together with a play button and tempo knob that controls your sync signal. The Volca Mix will perfectly work as your master sync device and will work to enhance your performances as well as allow you to simultaneously play sequences from multiple synchronised units so you can get super-creative with your performances.
Lastly there are three integrated Volca DC outputs that let you power up to three Volca units at once, so you do not need to worry about having multiple power outlets nearby or addition power adapters, merely use the power outputs to give energy to your Volca devices so you can concentrate on what is most important, playing an excellent live performance.
