The Reloop RP-7000 MK2 is a next-generation high-torque turntable designed to meet the needs of professional DJs and nightclubs. This turntable is a force to be reckoned with, thanks to its powerful direct-drive motor and super-robust design. It can easily handle the rigours of constant everyday operation.
The RP-7000 MK2 includes several professional features that are intended to make any DJ's lie easier. This includes useful features such as a newly built aluminium LED target light for locating the stylus location in low-light situations, as well as an additional start/stop button that allows the turntable to be used in a battle-style arrangement. For even more creative control over your vinyl, the RP-7000mk2 includes controls for three motor speeds (33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm), as well as dedicated forward and reverse modes.
The RP7000mk2 is equipped with a statically balanced S-shaped tone arm and a hydraulic and anti-skating mechanism for the greatest vinyl tracking possible, ensuring that your needle does not hop or skip your music. The newly developed tonearm provides outstanding stability and a height/vertically adjustable tracking angle. The low-resonance tonearm includes a universal connection for pick-up cartridge systems.
The RP-7000 MK2 has a precisely tuned, quartz-driven motor with digital pitch correction. This motor has a starting torque of 2.8kg/cm and may be fully adjusted up to 4.5kg/cm. This motor allows the turntable to run incredibly smoothly, with a wow and flutter of only 0.01% WRMS. Furthermore, the turntable's break speed can be changed between 0.2 and 6 seconds, and the precision-machined, hefty die-cast aluminium platter is lined with a vibration-reducing rubber layer that eliminates undesired vibrations and resonances.
The RP-7000MK2 turntable has a high-resolution pitch section and uses a digital fader to adjust platter speed. This turntable features three pitch range controls: the basic +/-8%, the DJ-friendly +/-16%, and the enormous +/-50% for hyper pitch alterations. This allows you to be more creative when modifying the tone of the record being played. When quartz lock is turned on, the platter speed remains unaffected by the fader position and spins at 0%.
The RP-7000 mk2 housing is stronger and more strengthened than ever before, thanks to a combination of rubber, metal, and synthetic components. This produces a turntable that is extremely robust to vibrations induced by the club environment. The shock-absorbing feet serve to further separate the heavier frequencies, preventing vibration. The turntable has a scratch-resistant, high-quality black or silver metallic finish that looks sleek and professional.
The innovative design and recessed rear connector panel allow the RP-7000mk2 to be easily stored in flight cases. A switchable phono preamp allows you to use gold-plated RCA connectors for both phono and line output signals, and an optional ground terminal provides further security in the club. All cable connections are extremely easy to interchange and totally detachable, making them ideal for transport and storage.
